i forgot to talk about something that saddened me last friday. rmb i went to area 1? there was this boy there, Andre, who can't hear. i was wondering why they were writing on paper towels, then they told me he can't hear. then i asked whether he could speak, but i realise that must have been a stupid qs, cos when u can't even hear your own voice, u won't be able to learn how to speak. anyway i was glad KD employed persons with disabilities, cos tt shows they're accepting and willing to give them a chance. even though i wonder how he'd cope with guest interaction, cos ppl ask me for the time or directions every single day. well at least he's got a job :) anyway it made me sad somehow, cos it's just reality that life is unfair, and some ppl unfortunately are born with shortcomings of some sort. i wonder how he feels. i felt really sorry for him, and i still do. anyway i saw him some distance away when i was walking to the cafe during break today and i waved to him. i just hope life isn't too hard on him.

i found out about the resale office, where we can buy toys that are used as prizes for games in the park. haah. but the person in charge will only be around tmr till fri, so we have to place our orders soon. i wanted this big aqua blueish green dolphin but i think i'll have to get an extra air ticket to fly it home so maybe i'll just have to give it up. shall settle for a small furry monkey or sea turtle instead. heh.

trying clothes and posing in the nice dressing rooms of Victoria's Secret. i like the jackets, they're furry, comfy and warm. how comforting :D
