happy birthday to me!

it's my birthday! am happy:) my nice new friend gave me a pleasant surprise...she got me a very pretty card and cute notebook! so sweet rite? was damn touched lo...cos i din expect anything...some of my old friends have yet to wish me and she alr msged me at 12+ last nite n gave me e pressie this morn...so nice! =) haha am glad to be course mates with her:) yay can go home tmr alr! another cause for joy;)

i feel so fortunate to have such nice and sweet friends...i din expect yuling to actually rmb my birthday! was so touched when she gave me the letter and gift:) i shall make it a point to rmb her bday fr now on :p

added on at 10.44am on 25/8:
was touched and pleasantly surprised yet again last night. in fact, twice last nite. went ice skating at fuji ice palace...only fell once and i think i'm improving! :p but there're bruises >< anyway the point is,the guides got me a slice of cake during the interval. haha :D den later on when i was on the way back i realised i got a missed call fr jieying so i called back but no ans...i tot they wanted cele my bday but i had alr left so maybe they abandoned e idea. so i got back to my room n after bathing, joyce called to ask weder i had any panadol. said glen had a bad headache n tt she'd come over to get it. so i told her my room no. and she came over.

me: is glen ok?
joyce: u wan come c him?
me: where is he? *venturing out of room,preparing to go*

then i saw jorcelyn hiding against the wall outside my room,and a whole load of my OG ppl! omg was damn surprised lo..den chris brought the cake to me n they sang me a birthday song:)) den chris tricked edmund into kneeling down to supposedly pick up sth tt he dropped but it was yet another hoax to cele his bday (which was 1 day b4 mine)..so we sang him a birthday song too den proceeded into my room to cut and eat the cake. poor edmund had e last 2 slices of cake smashed in his face after tt...lucky i had juz bathed else i suspect i wld have fallen victim too:p

anyway, i was damn happy and touched...they're soooo sweet! omg dione rox man ;D almost the whole OG came except like 3 guys who were MIA and glen who was sick n 2 other OGLs...haha i'll rmb tt very memorable event for the rest of my life:) thanks again! i feel so loved :))) was totally happy and hyper and beaming after tt lol...

i miss home

Am feeling damn lang bei now :( i juz scraped my leg across the bed corner and now my skin is peeling off >< poor epidermis...roomie went home for piano lesson and is not coming back tonite so i'm kinda lonely. wat's more i din have a proper dinner,came back late alone,am tired,haven't done my tutorial and printed my notes,and there's 8.30am lecture tmr. sadness. i miss home and i miss u. =( it's the millionth time i'm wishing we're in sch tog..u make me miss the days we were in vj tog. am i gonna spend my 3 yrs lidat then juz fly off to beijing? i guess i'm still not used to uni and hostel life ba...plus i feel that i dun have a life outside sch (cos i kinda live in sch..hostel ma),and i miss my dear frens so. janbad,pei,adel,gel,ting,hazel etc...we din exactly see each other every day when we were in sch tog but somehow i din feel so distant from u guys...esp since our weekly lion dance pulled us tog. and it was easier to meet up or go out cos we weren't so far away and preoccupied with our stuff. sigh. it's the feeling of melancholy and loneliness. i wanna be with ppl i love and feel loved. which is why i miss home. home is still the best. i wonder how i'm gonna cope overseas. so dependent.
