I managed to downgrade even further to just 1 normal jacket today :) Was looking out the full-sized glass windows at macs today and saw the white flowers being blown off their branches by the occasional wind. It reminded me of those romantic, beautiful scenes in movies, albeit not as pretty. It was like snow, or huge flakes of dandruff flying in the wind. Certainly ups the study mood by a huge notch.

Had lots of coffee and tea today but they don't work like endorphins, at least not for me.

There can be no triumph without sacrifice. Would have practiced chords again today if not for all the hungover peeps resting at home. But it's funny how the guitar seller and my classmate both thought I learned how to play the guitar before :D I will master F major soon!

Almost panicked when I couldn't be sure which notes had sharps. I'd be horrified if years of music theory went down the drain. Can't wait to play the piano again :P Kinda regret not continuing till a higher grade in sec school. And not taking third lang for Os. Somehow I feel that age has caught up with me and I'm past my peak for learning new tricks. Gonna make my kids learn everything they can from young. But hopefully not at the expense of a beautiful childhood :))

Books like this make me happy :) Heartwarming and heartwrenching, we can all learn a thing or two.

Dreaming of sitting by a bay window with a cup of aromatic coffee and a good book, spending a lazy afternoon reading, occasionally staring out the window to people-watch and enjoy the way the greenery sways in the wind.

I was looking out the balcony window after lunch and I finally noticed that the willowy trees outside have turned green! How seasons change so fast. They come and go and yet another year has passed. I suppose that means I haven't been stopping to smell the roses. Can't believe I didn't notice the greenery in our estate when it first happened. According to Jo they were already green yesterday. Haha.


If only Spring could last.
