Wah heng man, after going through 1.5 hours worth of trouble, I finally managed to get my live messenger 8.5 back. The new version sucked so much I had to clean it up immediately. And the remnants of the old versions were still lurking around in my lappie so I had to do a major search-and-sweep. Swear I will never update again. Things just keep getting worse. Or maybe I'm just an ancient creature of habit. Likely, cos I'm super anti-Vista too. Ecks. It's one of the reasons I refuse to upgrade my lappie. Hope Windows 7 won't suck so much.
