a clean slate

I wanted to set up a brand new blog for this trip but couldn't think of a suitable name and didn't have time to really set one up so shall just have to stick with this.

Am now at taipei airport in transit..it's 3 hours to my next flight, which is 11+ hours. haha. hope i don't get DVT. watched 2 movies on the last flight already and am pretty tired thought i tried to catch a wink so shall just sleep later :) provided the range of movies is the same as the previous flight. it doesn't help that i've already watched most of the heard-before shows like 27 dresses, i am legend and national treasure 2. i watched cloverfield (it sucks,makes u camera giddy and is just plain stupid with no storyline and an abrupt ending) and linger (which is some stupid vic chou show). AND the seats were damn small and squeezy with not much leg room :( lucky when i go to china it won't be a long flight but i dread later >< AND i had to put my rucksack on top in the luggage compartment cos the stewardess said it's too big and due to safety restrictions i can't keep it with me -_____- So i had no access to my bread and lipbalm (not that i needed my bread cos for the first time in my life i actually found the food good). yay maybe china airlines aint tt bad afterall :D

Just can't wait to arrive at the hotel cos it's really a waste of time travelling 30+ hours and it's funny how u can get tired just doing nothing. No wonder in TCM it says being too idle can get u sick too. it all makes sense! And the angmoh beside me smells of cigarette smoke =(

It's strange how the Asus counters here have powerpoints beneath but there's no way u can stuff ur plughead through the small gap to access it unless u have a key. Im lucky i found a vacant terminal with a lappie alr here ready for use :)

And i'm still proud of my booty of 1 dark green fleece blankey! Haha actually i was using an orange one but the seat was so cramped it got stained by fish sauce on the side of the dish so i had to take yue hao's green one :p yay mummy shdn't worry abt me getting cold alr cos there's still plenty of chances to collect blankies provided i managed to stuff em into my pack. Actually i wanted to kop utensils and a cup too cos they're really durable and good quality,not the kind tt snap when u try to tackle a chicken wing.

Ok here's a pretty long post about nothing in general,i'm surprised i managed to make a long story out of the mundane first flight of my journey, but i just wanted to take up blog space :D a pity there's no pics to load though.
