A Madness Shared By Two
It was just raw music and live energy. It made me feel young(er) once again, but it's a fact we couldn't blend in with the teens. But the diverse demography means that there's hope that I'll still be enjoying rock concerts when I'm old and not senile yet. I'm partially deaf now, but I suppose I'll be ok tmr, as it always is :) I expected more though, cos the singing only lasted for 70mins. But it was a pure go-there-do-your-thing kind of gig, with little nonsense and talking interspersed. Would have enjoyed a little more audience interaction though. And it would have helped ALOT if I knew the lyrics to the songs. Hahaha. At least now I know what defines a great rock concert. Interaction, your own participation (meaning you know all the songs by hard), enthusiasm and of course if you're standing right in front with the right company to get high with. We got a better bargain than expected though, cos we got to change seats to better ones :) I was highly entertained by all the people-watching all night! And I found the lighted guitars really cool. Never seen anything like that.
