updates

before u guys are wondering wat happened to me, here are some updates.

had off on thurs and fri, went shopping on both days. taxi fares cost a bomb. and i realised blacks can be very nice and helpful too. tell u more another time.

it rained heavily in KD today. my shoes and socks were(are still) soaked. hope they can dry by tmr morn cos i have to work! and there were waterfalls at the bath house. lol. for the first time the floor was dryer inside than outside. it was flooding even in the storage room and it was a trash bag frenzy, with guests asking for trash bags and everyone mummy-fying themselves. well i was alr wet so it didn't make a diff, i didn't bother much. just hated that squishy feeling in my alr cui shoes.

should be going horseback riding in Frisco, North Carolina on tues and staying overnight at the campground till wed. costs USD95 for 2 hours of riding in the forest and on the beach, but it shd be nice. told u i'm going broke. i spend alot and earn very little. cos i was off when i went to vegas and LA, and i left early on 2 days. so i'm expecting my next paycheck to be like 100-200 bucks? worst case scenario. and we're not going to virginia beach on mon anymore altho we signed up, cos the sisters dun wanna go and we rather forfeit the 17 bucks and go to work. i hope i get to work tho, cos i filled in a days off request to get that day off, and i don't know whether it's reversible. as usual they haven't got back to me, so at most i'll take the 8am bus on that day and go to the resale office to look for a job. lol.

i need to register for subjects tmr night VA time!!! gosh. all of a sudden the date has arrived. i'll take the 10.30pm bus, reach dorm at 11+pm then faster chiong my bath and dinner then go online and wait for the right moment to hit the key. fastest fingers first again. sian. and i still can't manage to slp early. even when i'm off, it's ironic how i wake even earlier and slp even later. that means less slp! it's 1.50am now so there goes my long-term goal of slping before 2am. and i haven chose my subjects. sai. so tmr i'll be camping online fr 1.30am to 4.30am to settle subject reg, so irritating :( hope i don't cui on mon, esp if they let me work.

btw i saw fireworks in KD today. in the rain. it lasted 20mins, and it was damn good. good clear view, and it was so loud i could feel my heart pound when the fireworks blasted. i tot it would last 30mins like i heard it did ytd, so at 10.18pm i ran to wash my hands(i was helping Danni change the sanitary bags b4 running out when we heard the fireworks) and that was when the finale started. so i stopped running and stood in the rain and watched abit of the finale, view obstructed by some trees but nevertheless good. happy independence day!
