I desperately need to:

1. Eat less.

2. Watch less TV.

My entire day is practically spent on the above 2. I wake up, watch tv over breakfast, try to hit the books but get distracted, go back to the tv and decide to eat lunch too to make it seem more worthwhile, then I go out grocery shopping, come back and watch tv over snack and fruits, try to hit the books again but feel sleepy and gradually hungry, then decide to go cook dinner. And watch tv over dinner again. After dinner I'm still hungry so I grab my chips and my friends' drinks over more tv. When the show's over I finally go back to my desk. And binge on chocolate. OMG. Somebody please save me. My appetite's back for revenge! (And it's not even winter yet.)


Sadly, I desperately need to study. To study hard! Without tv and distractions! Without perpetually feeling hungry! 2 exams in the coming 2 wks! Save the panic attack for later and hit the books NOW.
